Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • Sprouts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus evenly on tortillas
  2. Layer greens down the center
  3. Add bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, and avocado
  4. Top with sprouts if using
  5. Fold in sides and roll tightly
  6. Cut in half and serve
