Healthy Veggie Wrap
Fresh and crunchy veggie wrap in 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- Sprouts (optional)
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly on tortillas
- Layer greens down the center
- Add bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, and avocado
- Top with sprouts if using
- Fold in sides and roll tightly
- Cut in half and serve
