Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 broccoli head, florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large wok or pan over high heat
  2. Add chicken, cook 5-6 minutes until browned
  3. Add vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes
  4. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and veggies
  6. Toss for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens
  7. Serve over rice or noodles
