Quick Chicken Stir Fry
Fast and healthy chicken stir fry with colorful vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 broccoli head, florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in large wok or pan over high heat
- Add chicken, cook 5-6 minutes until browned
- Add vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger
- Pour sauce over chicken and veggies
- Toss for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens
- Serve over rice or noodles
