Overnight Oats
Easy overnight oats perfect for busy mornings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: berries, banana, nuts, granola
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar
- Stir well to combine
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours)
- In the morning, stir and add more milk if needed
- Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola
- Enjoy cold or warm in microwave for 1 minute
