Easy overnight oats perfect for busy mornings

Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: berries, banana, nuts, granola

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar
  2. Stir well to combine
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours)
  4. In the morning, stir and add more milk if needed
  5. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola
  6. Enjoy cold or warm in microwave for 1 minute
