Greek Yogurt Parfait
Layered parfait with Greek yogurt, granola, and berries
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Layer 1/4 cup yogurt in bottom of glass or jar
- Add layer of granola
- Add layer of mixed berries
- Drizzle with honey
- Repeat layers
- Top with sliced almonds and mint
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours
