Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, coconut, cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in jar
  2. Stir well to distribute chia seeds evenly
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
  4. Stir before serving
  5. Add your favorite toppings
  6. Enjoy cold from the fridge
